Greenidge Generation Holdings Inc., a publicly traded cryptocurrency data center and power generation company, announced it has a definitive agreement to sell its 152-acre development site at 300 Jones Road in Spartanburg, South Carolina, to Data Journey LLC for $12.1 million in cash and an 8% profit participation interest in the data center planned for the site.
