Valerie Bowman joined CB Richard Ellis as vice president of Global Corporate Services. With more than 18 years of commercial real estate and retail leasing and management experience, Bowman will help develop business in the tri-state region. Some of her most recent real estate clients have included: NovaCare Rehabilitation Inc., Johnson & Johnson Services Inc., Comcast and Rohm and Haas. Other former accomplishments of her career included acting as the principal in charge for portfolio and transaction management for national clients such as General Services Administration's (GSA) mid-Atlantic region.
