Florida's two largest multifamily growth stories are beginning to move in different directions. While both Tampa and Orlando work through the aftermath of an historic apartment construction boom, Orlando appears to be approaching balance as demand catches up with supply. Concurrently, Tampa remains burdened by a development pipeline that continues to outpace renter absorption.
