Large Office Campus Is Primary Culprit Behind Jump in Sublease Space

As more space enters the Sacramento office market, availability rates are climbing to their highest level since the third quarter of 2015. Activity in the first quarter of 2023 resulted in sublease availability increasing to 1.8 million square feet, a new high for the market. As a result, sublease space now accounts for 11.3% of all space on the market.
