The Washoe Tribe of California and Nevada has leased the whole of this office property in Alameda, California, with aims to expand its footprint into the Bay Area and provide services to the tribe. According to CoStar data, the deal — which spans a five-year term — ranks as the second-largest office lease signed in the East Bay/Oakland market in the second quarter of 2024.
