Johnson Controls To Buy United Systems Integrators for $80 Million

Johnson Controls Inc., the Milwaukee-based maker of automotive and building management systems, said it has agreed to buy United Systems Integrators Corp. (USI), a corporate real estate advisory and services firm based in Stamford, CT, for about $80 million, subject to adjustments.
