Glenborough Realty Trust completed the $71.7 million acquisition of Metro Place II, an office property located at 2600 Park Tower Drive in Merrifield, VA. The 10-story, Class-A office building totaling 234,466 square feet sold for $306 per square foot. The property is located across the street from the Dunn Loring-Merrifield Metro station and has a six-level parking garage.
