Maguire To Sell Phoenix Office Tower for $130M

First of Several Assets Acquired from Commonwealth Slated for Disposition

Los Angeles-based Maguire Properties, Inc. (NYSE:MPG) said it has an agreement to sell One Renaissance Square, a 489,157-square-foot Phoenix office building, to an undisclosed buyer for approximately $130 million, including $104 million of mortgage debt. The transaction is expected to close at the end of next month.
