BixbyKibbee LLC, based in Encinitas, and Leucadia Bridge Co. LLC, based in Sedona, AZ, purchased the 30,097-square-foot flex building at 10070 Barnes Canyon Road in San Diego. The group R&D Portfolio Holdings LLC c/o The Shidler Group sold the facility for $6.1 million, or approximately $203 per square foot. The cap rate at the time of sale was reported at 7.10%.
