Ramco-Gershenson, Clarion Lion Properties Acquire Two Michigan Shopping Centers in Joint Venture

Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, a real estate investment trust that owns and manages shopping centers in the United States, completed the $265 million acquisition with Clarion Lion Properties. It acquired two Michigan shopping centers as a part of this joint venture.
