Oakland Apartments Sell for $21.2M at 1130 3rd Ave.

Essex Property Trust, a Palo Alto-based apartment REIT, purchased Regency Tower Apartments at 1130 3rd Ave. in Oakland. The 18-story, high-rise residential tower sold for $21.2 million, or approximately $119,000 per unit.
