Patrizia and Fabrix tie up for £100 million London affordable housing drive

Patrizia, the European real assets investment manager, and Fabrix, a London-based developer, have launched a joint venture, Sustainable Communities London with over £100 million set aside to investment in alternative and affordable housing in the capital.
