American Realty Advisors acquired two Class A office properties in Tysons Corner for $97.5 million, or approximately $272 per square foot. The transaction with 8300 LP, a Quadrangle Development-owned entity, included the approximately 270,000-square-foot office building at 8300 Greensboro Drive as well as the neighboring 88,000-square-foot property at 1600 International Drive. The two properties are in the Tysons Corner submarket at the top of "The Hill" and share a common parking facility.
