Mondi Packaging USA renewed and expanded at Windham Industrial Center IV at 1140-1152 Arbor Drive in Romeoville. The tenant renewed its existing lease of 94,083 square feet and signed a new lease for an additional 26,650 square feet to be used for expansion purposes. Mondi Packaging will now occupy 120,733 square feet of the building's 171,812 total square feet.
