Bank of America is planning to refinance the Taurus 2020-2 UK DAC CMBS with a new CMBS, CoStar News understands. The new CMBS, Taurus 2021-4 UK DAC, will refinance Blackstone Group’s Fulham portfolio as it has been “performing extremely strongly at the asset level”, according to a source. Documents for the new CMBS have been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
