Freedom Enterprises LLC purchased 5401 Port Royal Road in Springfield, VA. BB&T Bank sold the 40,000-square-foot Industrial building for $4.58 million or about $114 per square foot. Ensco International, a government contractor, subsequently leased 24,000 square feet for 10 years. The buyer will occupy the remaining space.
