Already a corporate giant in Northern California, Yahoo! is establishing a sizable presence in the southern part of the state as well. The Sunnyvale, CA-based internet company agreed to lease 229,728 square feet of office space from Equity Office Properties at the Colorado Center office complex in in Santa Monica, CA. The expected value of the 10-year lease will be approximately $100 million.
