Los Angeles County Officials Approve Urban Offerings for Arts District Redevelopment

The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors has chosen real estate investment and development firm Urban Offerings to redevelop the county's public social services department office in the Arts District neighborhood of downtown Los Angeles, an area that is seeing an increase of new retail and creative office space.
