Bedrock, the real estate development arm of Detroit billionaire Dan Gilbert, said it plans to waive all rent and parking fees for its restaurant and retail tenants that qualify as small businesses through June. The announcement comes as retailers and restaurants around the world have seen their revenues plummet amid the spread of the new coronavirus.
