RWC Building Products, a wholesale distributor of building products headquartered in Phoenix, has purchased an industrial warehouse in Sacramento, California, for $5.2 million, or just about $188 per square foot, in an all-cash, owner-user deal. RWC bought the property from DRA Corp., which is headquartered in Aurora, Colorado.
