Countrywide Financial Corp. agreed to purchase three Class A office buildings and a 16.7-acre parcel of land in the Galatyn Office Park in Richardson. The three properties were owned by Prudential Real Estate Investors of Parsippany, NJ, and had been previously occupied by Nortel Networks.
