Tapco International Corp. purchased the 210,000-square-foot building at 200 Shotwell Drive in Franklin, OH for $3.6 million, or $17.14 per square foot. MTP Inc., a subsidiary of Tapco International, will move from its current site at 3120 S. Main St. in Middletown, where it leases 35,000 square feet.
