Pruitt Corp. of Toccoa, GA purchased 1626 Jeurgens Court in Norcross, GA, for $3.28 million. The 104,960-square-foot data center, formerly occupied by Data General, sold for roughly $31 per square foot. Pruitt plans to redevelop this property for its own use.
