Wells Fargo Plaza Sells for $148M

401 B Street Goes for $318/SF

The Irvine Co. purchased the Wells Fargo Plaza at 401 B St. in Downtown San Diego. California State Teachers Retirement System sold the 24-story, office tower, constructed in 1984, for $148.27 million, or nearly $319 per square foot. CB Richard Ellis will continue marketing the office building for the new owner.
