60 Units Sell for $5.8 Million

Private investors George and Myo Barbu Trust purchased the 60-unit apartment complex at 4020 W. Rosecrans Ave. in Hawthorne. The property sold for $5.8 million, or $96,583 per unit. The cap rate was 5.74 percent and gross income multiplier was 11.59 percent.
