TIAA-CREF Purchases Galleria Office Buildings

New York-based TIAA-CREF purchased of Four Oaks Place for $255 million, or $145.86 per square foot. TIAA-CREF, America's largest institutional real estate investor, acquired the four-building park from Lehndorff Four Oaks Joint Venture, the owner since 1989.
