Lyster Watson & Co., a growing New York-based investment advisor specializing in alternative investments, signed a lease for 19,800 square feet at 888 Seventh Ave. The firm leased the entire 40th floor to relocate its headquarters from 230 Park Ave. The space was previously occupied by Arista Records.
