Instron, a testing company, signed a 10-year, 110,000-square-foot lease at 825 University Ave. in Norwood, MA. The tenant's products are used to evaluate the mechanical and physical properties of materials. It will relocate from its current headquarters at 100 Royall St. in Canton, MA, next April.
