State's 2nd Tallest Building Renamed

U.S. Bank has signed a lease for 26,498 square feet on the 15th and 16th floors of 101 North First Ave. The transaction also included signage rights for U.S. Bank, and the renaming of the building to U.S. Bank Center. U.S. Bank plans to use the new location to establish its Arizona regional headquarters and will house its commercial banking, private banking, retail banking, equipment leasing, business banking, commercial real estate and homeowner association banking teams, upon occupancy in January 2005. In addition, a 3,500 square-foot full-service U.S. Bank branch will open at the street level of the new regional headquarters building.
