G&E|BRE Signs Expansion Sublease

Grubb & Ellis|BRE Moving to the Smith Barney Tower

Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial signed a six-year sublease for 24,223 square feet of office space at 4350 La Jolla Village Dr in San Diego. The brokerage firm intends on moving into a portion of the fourth floor and the entire 5th floor by end of the year. Known as the Smith Barney Tower, the 10-story, 187,999-square-foot office building was constructed in 1980. Dave Odmark represented the tenant in-house. Steve Rosetta and Alex Perry of Cushman & Wakefield|CREA represented the sublandlord, Fish & Richardson PC.
