283,000-SF Retail Portfolio Sells to Investor

A Chicago-based private investor acquired five closed Albertson’s grocery stores in Texas. The transaction included stores in Killeen, Harlingen, Brownsville, Pasadena and San Juan, totaling more than 283,000 square feet. The transaction was valued at approximately $10 million, about $35 per square foot.
