Golden State Container Leases 80,000 SF

Packaging Firm Renews in Antioch

Golden State Container renewed its lease for 79,800 square feet at 2276 Wilbur Ave. in Antioch. The company, a family-owned packaging business founded in 1976, signed a 10-year deal. Built in 1954, the building is in the Antioch Distribution Center Park. The property totals 496,725 square feet on 26 acres and features heavy power, dock and grade-level loading, a 26-foot clear height and rail service. Matt Bracco of Cushman & Wakefield of California in Oakland represented the tenant. F&F Antioch Associates LLC is the landlord.
