Building owner Jack Resnick is backfilling his Bloomberg space with several big name tenants at 110 E 59th St. One month after signing Cantor Fitzgerald to more than 100,000 square feet Reznick added The Estee Lauder Companies, which signed a long-term lease in August for 63,000 square feet on the 11th, 12th and 13th floors of the 37-story Midtown office tower.
