GE Capital Purchase Called One of the Largest Sales in Valley Office Market

In one of the largest sales ever in the Valley Office Market, Phoenix Plaza PT LLC, a an affiliate of GE Capital, closed escrow on the two office towers at 2901 and 2929 North Central Ave. in Phoenix, buying the 90% leased property for $118 million, or approximately $148 per square foot, at a cap rate of 7.5%.
