London adviser Farebrother has appointed Tom Brammeld, formerly of JLL, as a partner. He will join in January 2026.
Brammeld brings experience in the central London office market, advising investors, developers and occupiers on disposals, acquisitions and asset and portfolio strategy. During his 20 years at JLL, he played a key role in several high-profile projects.
Farebrother said his arrival strengthens a continued commitment to delivering market-leading advice across London’s commercial real estate landscape. He will work closely with the partnership group to enhance the firm’s agency, advisory and strategic offerings, it added.
Charlie Thompson, senior partner at Farebrother, said in a statement: “[Brammeld's] expertise, energy, and strong client relationships perfectly complement our ambitions for growth. Tom’s appointment reflects Farebrother’s ongoing investment in exceptional talent and our dedication to delivering best-in-class advice to our clients.”
Brammeld added: “I’m thrilled to be joining Farebrother at such an exciting time for the business. The firm’s reputation, culture and depth of market knowledge are second to none and I look forward to contributing to its next phase of growth.”
