Rexel Inc., an electrical parts supplier company, signed a deal to move across the street from its current location at 6700 LBJ Freeway to 6606 LBJ Freeway in Dallas. Rexel will move into 53,826 square feet, taking up the entire second floor and part of the ground floor in the Hillcrest Oaks Plaza V building.
