Corporate Express signed a 141,574-square-foot lease at Parkway Logistics Centre Bldg 500, at 5265 Buffington Road in Atlanta. Parkway Logistics Centre is a planned multi-building park on Buffington Road near the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The center is 50% pre-leased. Their director of real estate Matt Lenhart represented Corporate Express in-house; while Steve Nelsen and Richard Rider negotiated for Oakmont. Exact terms of the deal were not disclosed.
