DeSimone Buys 34,000 SF Building

First Industrial Realty sold 6 Esterbrook Lane, a small industrial building in Cherry Hill, NJ, to an affiliate of DeSimone Cadillac for $1.65 million or, $47.05 per-square foot. Rebecca Ting, of NAI Mertz Corp., negotiated the purchase of the 34,000-square-foot industrial building on behalf of the buyer.
