New Hampshire-based Carlisle Capital had owned the four buildings in the Route 93 Industrial Park located in Wilmington, Massachusetts, for more than two decades before accepting a $55,075,000 purchase offer from a joint venture of Oliver Street Capital and Bain Capital Real Estate.
