The Macerich Co., a California-based REIT, closed on a joint venture with the Raymond Nasher Co. for a 50/50 interest in the NorthPark Center in Dallas. The specific pricing was not released. However, Macerich vice president Edward Coppola stated that the transaction would be neutral to the company’s FFO for 2004.
