Pitney Bowes Subsidiary to Take Over 117,000 SF

PSI Group Inc., a subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc., signed a lease for 117,140 square feet at 1025 Post & Paddock Lane in Grand Prairie, TX. The lease comes after the prior tenant, Executive Greetings Inc., had entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in January.
