Office/Medical Project Gains Dublin Approval

Camden Professional Center To be Built on Emerald Parkway

Camden Professional Center gained Final Development Plan approval from the City of Dublin at a Planning and Zoning meeting. This will allow the developer, Mills-Barnett Development, to move forward with its plan to build a 40,000-square-foot office/medical project on Emerald Parkway. The project will be marketed for sale.
