Private Investors Acquire Retail Parcel on Rancho California Road

Orange County Investors, Dr. Gregory Telson and Michelle Telson, acquired the leased-fee interest in a .84 acre commercial parcel at 29740 Rancho California Road in Temecula, CA. Situated beneath a 6,800-square-foot freestanding retail building, the buyers agreed to invest $2.25 million for the land.
