Martin Plaza To Be Redeveloped

$25M Redevelopment Boosts Local Community

The Baltimore County Department of Economic Development announced a $25 million plan to redevelop Martin Plaza Shopping Center. The privately funded project, on the corner of Martin Boulevard at Middle River Road, will increase the center's space to 238,000 square feet. Target will be the new anchor tenant, replacing Ames Department Store, which closed in 2002.
