113,204-SF Retail Property Changes Hands

Wal-Mart Realty sold an 113,204-square-foot facility at 3855 South US Highway 1 in Fort Pierce, FL. The former Wal-Mart store was closed in order to make way for the opening of a Wal-Mart Supercenter. George Pantuso purchased the site for future development.
