The Townsend Agency, a full-service public relations and advertising firm, signed a 67-month, $2.5 million lease for 19,132 square feet of office space on the 5th floor in Seaview Corporate Center's Phase I building, located at 10180-10190 Telesis Court in San Diego. Townsend will occupy space in the 5-story, 97,000-square-foot office building at 10180 Telesis Court. Brian Driscoll and Eric Northbrook, both SIOR members with Colliers International, represented the owner, Lennar Partners. Dave Marino of the Irving Hughes Group represented the tenant.
