The Goodman Company sold the Coventry Mall on routes 724 and 100 in Pottstown, PA, to Stoltz Real Estate Fund I, a commingled fund raised and managed by Bala Cynwyd, Pa.-based Stoltz Real Estate Partners, for $106.5 million or about $133/square foot. The acquisition includes ownership of all the anchor stores.
