Barnes & Noble Inc. signed a lease for 25,000 square feet at the Ulster Crossing shopping center at 1165 Ulster Ave. in Kingston, NY. The new bookstore, expected to open in November, will include a cafe serving Starbucks coffee. It will stock close to 200,000 book, music, DVD and magazines titles.
