Neel Pujara, a San Diego-based private real estate investor who operates through Valuka Capital, a San Diego real estate management company, has purchased Sundance Senior Apartments, a 48-unit complex at 914 Gillespie Drive in Spring Valley, California, from the Joseph Frank Barta Trust for $7.8 million, or $162,500 per unit.
