SEC Secures Space on Arch Street

64,269-SF Deal Signed in Financial District

The U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) signed a 64,269-square-foot lease to occupy the 22nd, 23rd and 24th floors at 33 Arch St. in Boston, MA. As the second major tenant in the new building, the SEC will begin its move-in by the fall of the year.
